Water will be off around the 1200-1300 block of 10th Street and nearby streets on Thursday, September 30, 2012, in order to replace a fire hydrant....

On Thursday, September 30, 2012 at 8:00 am, the Shawnee Municipal Authority Line Maintenance staff will be replacing a fire hydrant on the 1200 block of E. 10th. The water will be turned off for up to 5 to 6 hours. The areas that may be affected include Center Street to Pesotum, (in-between Main Street and 10th Street), including the 100 to 200 Blocks of North Draper, and the 1200 to 1300 block of 10th Street. City Staff will work hard on restoring services as soon as possible.
