The Shawnee Urban Renewal Authority (SURA) is now accepting applications for its home repair program. For more information please see the pamphlet linked here and/or contact the SURA office at 405-273-1938 for questions and to apply. There are some limitations but this is a great program for those who have the needs and qualify.
