Don't forget to recycle all of your Christmas wrapping paper, boxes, and Christmas trees with Central Disposal. Break down your cardboard boxes and either put them in or under your recycle bin on your trash day. Residents can also bring all paper and cardboard to the Shawnee Transfer Station Recycle Center. A Central Disposal representative will help you unload all your recyclable material Monday thru Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-Noon. Residents can also bring real Christmas trees to the Shawnee Transfer Station to have their trees chipped instead of ending up in a landfill. Please bring your current water bill and photo ID to avoid charges.<br>
